About the Role

Dar AlBalad is seeking a Management Reporting / Budgeting & Costing Specialist to join its financial team. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive management reports to support strategic decision-making and operational oversight.
• Develop, implement, and manage robust budgeting processes to ensure financial discipline and effective resource allocation.
• Conduct thorough cost analysis to identify efficiencies, areas for improvement, and support cost control initiatives.
• Report on overall financial performance, highlighting key trends, variances, and actionable insights.

Required Qualifications

Candidates for this position must hold a Bachelor's Degree or a Higher Diploma in a relevant financial or business discipline. This foundational academic background is essential for understanding complex financial concepts and reporting standards.

Essential Skills and Experience

• A minimum of 5 years of experience, with a range of up to 10 years, in Management Performance Reporting, Budgeting, and Costing.
• Demonstrated strong experience in the practical application of preparing management reports, budgeting, cost analysis, and financial performance reporting.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into clear, concise reports.
• Proficiency in reporting skills, ensuring accuracy and clarity in all financial communications.
