About the Role

Tawuniya is seeking a Manager Collections to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is responsible for the management of overdue accounts, with a particular focus on complex and high-value debts within the health portfolio. The position involves strategic collaboration with the Credit Control Department to negotiate payment arrangements, resolve client disputes, and ensure adherence to all relevant insurance regulations, legal requirements, and internal company policies.

Role Purpose

The Manager Collections plays a critical role in enhancing cash flow by implementing advanced collection strategies and analyzing payment trends. This involves coordinating with various internal departments to address and resolve issues that impact collections and the recovery of outstanding balances, thereby contributing significantly to the financial stability of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage collections for the overall health portfolio.
• Perform detailed aging analysis to identify overdue receivables and outstanding balances.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to review collection targets, communicate these goals to the team, and provide strategic input for target achievement.
• Ensure timely and accurate collection of overdue payments and installments from clients, brokers, and Sales & Agency, adhering to payment schedules and addressing delays proactively.
• Review outstanding balances from clients in Key Accounts regions and provide collection officers with strategic guidance for timely recovery.
• Drive positive cash flow and support cash forecasting processes.
• Offer strategic guidance, expert advice, and solutions to challenges, leading the team with a focus on professionalism.
• Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring collectors uphold high standards of professionalism and client engagement.
• Achieve monthly financial collection targets and productivity targets.
• Support the team in calls, visits, and meetings with direct clients and brokers.
• Communicate with clients via visits and calls during and after working hours.
• Address issues related to reconciliation and follow-up.
• Review team performance for incentive purposes as per company policy.

Experience Required

• Candidates should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in collections or a related financial field.
