About the Role

Uniqus Consultech Inc. is seeking an experienced and hands-on Manager, Digitization & Automation to lead the delivery and growth of digital transformation, process automation, and enterprise modernization engagements across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This full-time role, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, combines project delivery leadership, presales and solutioning support, and on-the-ground client and stakeholder management to expand Uniqus' Tech Consulting footprint in the KSA market.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in digitization, intelligent automation, workflow and low-code/no-code platforms, process mining, and finance/operations transformation. The role requires the ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and deliver measurable business outcomes, with experience in the KSA market being essential. Experience with Oracle technologies (Fusion, EPM, EBS, or OCI) is a strong advantage due to the growing Oracle alliance and pipeline in the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of digitization, automation, and enterprise modernization engagements for public and private sector clients in KSA.
• Design and implement solutions across intelligent automation (RPA), workflow and low-code/no-code platforms, process mining, and digitization of finance, procurement, and operational processes.
• Drive Oracle-enabled transformation initiatives (Oracle Fusion, EPM/FCCS, EBS, OCI) in collaboration with the Oracle practice and alliance partners.
• Ensure delivery governance, project quality, risk management, compliance, and customer satisfaction across multiple concurrent engagements.
• Manage cross-functional and multi-geography delivery teams, balancing KSA presence with offshore delivery from India.
• Support Oracle and Digitization & Automation presales engagements in KSA, including discovery workshops, solutioning, and effort estimation.
• Contribute to RFP/RFI responses, proposals, commercial estimates, and client presentations.
• Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and support pipeline development for the KSA market.
• Collaborate with Oracle and ecosystem alliance partners (*, Ejada) and internal leadership to shape transformation proposals.
• Build and develop digitization and automation delivery capabilities within the KSA practice.
• Mentor and lead consulting team members across delivery, solutioning, and client engagement.
• Contribute to competency development, accelerators, certifications, and reusable assets.
• Support innovation initiatives in automation, Data & AI, and enterprise modernization.
• Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders on digitization, automation, and process transformation.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with KSA government entities, large enterprises, and partner teams.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, smooth project execution, and long-term account growth.

Required Experience and Skills

• 7–12 years of experience in technology consulting, with a focus on digitization, process automation, and enterprise transformation.
• Proven experience delivering technology and transformation projects in KSA / the Middle East.
• Experience in presales, solutioning, effort estimation, and proposal/RFP support.
• Experience leading consulting teams and managing stakeholders across multiple geographies.
• Strong understanding of governance, security, privacy, and controls in technology adoption.
• Expertise in digitization, intelligent automation, workflow and low-code/no-code platforms, process mining, and finance/operations transformation.

• Project management certifications (PMP, Agile/Scrum) are a plus.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring on-ground client presence and management of cross-functional teams, including offshore delivery resources.
