About the Role

Qiddiya is seeking a Manager, Investment Management IM, to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to evaluating, originating, and managing real estate investment opportunities. The role involves close collaboration with senior leadership to identify new investment opportunities, originate deals, and structure transactions.

Role Purpose

This pivotal and high-visibility role contributes directly to the strategic direction of Qiddiya. The Manager will be responsible for building the investment framework, managing financial performance, and ensuring rigorous due diligence for potential real estate investments. The position requires a candidate who can understand and implement complex financial structures to drive long-term growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply expertise in financial modelling, corporate finance, and M&A to build the investment framework.
• Manage the financial performance of real estate investments.
• Engage in market research and perform rigorous financial due diligence.
• Create sophisticated models to assess the profitability and risks of potential investments.
• Work closely with internal teams, including project managers, analysts, and associates, as well as external stakeholders such as banks, consultants, and legal advisors.
• Understand and implement complex financial structures and deal terms to drive long-term growth and profitability.

Required Experience and Qualifications
