About the Role

Qiddiya is seeking an Assistant Manager Investment Management to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is central to the evaluation, origination, and management of real estate investment opportunities for the company.

Role Overview

This is a hands-on role that involves close collaboration with senior leadership to identify new investment opportunities, originate deals, and structure transactions. The Assistant Manager will apply expertise in financial modelling, corporate finance, and M&A to build the investment framework and manage the financial performance of real estate investments.

Key Responsibilities

Engage in market research to identify potential investment areas.
Perform rigorous financial due diligence on prospective investments.
Create sophisticated financial models to assess the profitability and risks associated with potential investments.
Work closely with internal teams, including project managers, analysts, and associates, as well as external stakeholders such as banks, consultants, and legal advisors, to ensure project success.
Understand and implement complex financial structures and deal terms to drive long-term growth and profitability.

Required Qualifications and Experience

A strong background in investment management and financial modelling.
5 to 10 years of professional experience in a relevant field.
Experience in corporate finance, real estate investment, and private equity is preferred.
