About the Role

Four Principles is seeking a Manager, Lean Management, to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves leading management consulting projects with a focus on operations, implementation, business transformation, and process and performance improvement using Lean Management principles. The ideal candidate will possess extensive consulting experience, typically ranging from 5 to 10 years.

Role Overview

As a Manager, you will lead a team of consultants and analysts, guiding clients through complex challenges to deliver sustainable results and demonstrate tangible impact. This position requires a professional who can effectively introduce change and manage client expectations across all organizational levels, from top management to blue-collar roles, while working on multifaceted projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Add value to clients by addressing complex issues, delivering sustainable results, and demonstrating real impact.
• Advise clients, design, and implement Lean solutions to transform client organizations.
• Lead projects and manage numerous team members, while also developing junior team members through knowledge sharing and on-the-job coaching.
• Take accountability for project team performance, addressing issues promptly to ensure progress remains on track.
• Introduce change and manage client expectations across the full hierarchy, from top management to blue-collar roles.
• Shift quickly between complex situations when working on multifaceted projects.
• Align with project sponsors and cross-functional teams regarding outcomes, decisions, and targets across all levels within a client’s organization.
• Assist in client acquisitions and actively support senior managers/principals with business development.
• Participate in further developing Lean Management concepts, products, and tools.

Required Attributes and Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in management consulting, with a strong background in Lean Management principles. In addition to professional experience, the following attributes are essential for success in this role:

Work Environment
