About Qiddiya and the Role

Qiddiya, located in Riyadh Province, Riyadh, is seeking a full-time Manager - Learning Design and Delivery. This role is responsible for the design, development, and delivery of learning content and programs that support business objectives. The position requires hands-on experience in learning design and development, a focus on learning innovation, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across Qiddiya to build learning modules that create value for employees and the wider business.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business-based Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate business needs into clear learning objectives and success measures, with a primary focus on the Development Organization within Qiddiya.
• Ensure learning solutions align with approved policies, processes, technical standards, learning programs, and desired behaviors.
• Manage stakeholders proactively to align priorities, timelines, and delivery of learning initiatives.
• Collaborate within the Organizational Learning team to deliver holistic learning solutions.
• Build learning content, programs, and curricula using Sana, the Learning Experience Platform, for self-led and facilitated learning.
• Design and deliver various learning solutions to build foundational awareness, ensure compliance, develop technical skills, and grow capabilities relevant to Qiddiya.
• Co-facilitate learning workshops, including inductions, bootcamps, or live sessions, with SMEs or other experienced facilitators.
• Apply adult learning principles, balancing rigor with creativity, using experiential and practical methods to reinforce business outcomes.
• Uphold agreed Learning governance standards and maintain structured curricula, pathways, and learning spaces for capability development.
• Ensure learning content is current, accessible, well-structured, and easy to retrieve, acting as a quality custodian to align content with learning objectives, standards, and Qiddiya design principles.

Learning Innovation and Impact

• Leverage AI for designing storyboards, modular content, gamified checkpoints, interactions, and simulations.
• Explore and implement new approaches to enhance engagement, experimentation, and learning effectiveness.
• Design assessments and activities to measure outcomes, reinforce skills, and demonstrate learning impact.
• Analyze feedback, engagement, and performance data for continuous improvement of learning quality.
• Provide clear reporting to senior stakeholders on outcomes, insights, and improvement opportunities.
• Demonstrate alignment to priority capability needs and curriculum roadmaps, sharing best practices and innovations across the learning community.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience: 6-10 years in Instructional Design, Learning Creation, or a direct role in creating learning solutions across various subjects.
• Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with exposure to property development, construction, engineering, infrastructure, or transport sectors preferred.
• Program Delivery: Proven track record in designing and delivering blended training programs and curricula that drive business and human performance and compliance.
• Learning Interactions: Experience in developing interactions, learning games, activities, or assessments that reinforce learning.
• Project Management: Proficiency in managing multiple learning or business projects simultaneously.
• Learning Methodologies: Understanding of skills-based education, data-informed learning journeys, and immersive storytelling.
• Technology Proficiency: Experience using best-in-class learning technologies for content creation and learning experience; experience with Sana Learn is advantageous.
• AI Interest: Experience with, or an interest in, AI Prompt-driven development is advantageous.
• Adaptability: Flexibility and adaptability in responding to changing business requirements, with the ability to manage and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
• Communication: Demonstrated strong written and verbal English skills.
• Software Skills: Proficient use of enterprise-level software, such as Microsoft 365 or similar.
• Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and across multiple departments, with proven ability to empathize across cultures and different teams.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.
