The Role: Manager Training

Al Ghurair is seeking a Manager Training to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position responsible for developing and executing technical training programs. The role is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities

The Manager Training will oversee the planning, execution, and effectiveness of technical training initiatives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive technical training roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and OEM requirements.
  • Define yearly training calendars and set certificate targets for technicians, service advisors, and workshop controllers.
  • Manage training budgets and optimize cost efficiency.
  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality technical training across various locations.
  • Monitor training effectiveness through post-training assessments, service KPIs, and feedback analysis.
  • Maintain regular communication with OEM training teams to ensure curriculum consistency and certificate alignment.
  • Act as the primary technical training liaison for dealer workshops nationwide.

Program Development and Improvement

A core aspect of this role involves continuous improvement of training programs and delivery. This includes:

  • Continuously elevating the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of technical training delivery to meet evolving industry, OEM, and customer needs.
  • Developing and updating technical training programs.
  • Improving training delivery methods and standardizing training processes nationwide.
  • Integrating technical training with service Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Conducting training gap analysis and competency mapping.
  • Collaborating with OEMs to ensure early technical readiness.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for the Manager Training position should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience in developing and executing technical training programs. A strong understanding of automotive technical training and OEM requirements is essential for success in this role.
