Role Purpose

The Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance Areeb Developments' brand presence and support business growth. This role requires a strategic leader capable of managing diverse marketing functions, with a particular focus on the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage social media platforms and lead content creation efforts.
• Oversee advertising campaigns, including planning, execution, and performance analysis.
• Develop and implement innovative marketing ideas and strategic plans.
• Utilize graphic design skills for visual content creation and image editing.
• Leverage artificial intelligence tools for the creation and enhancement of visual marketing content.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a marketing or creative director role.
• Prior experience working specifically within a real estate development company is essential.
• Demonstrated proficiency in managing social media and advertising campaigns.

Required Skills and Competencies
