The Role of Marketing Manager, Card Acquisition & Engagement

Noon is seeking a data-driven and strategic Marketing Manager for Card Acquisition & Engagement in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on expanding, acquiring, and managing the lifecycle engagement of noon’s co-branded credit card programs. The position operates at the intersection of e-commerce, fintech, and digital marketing, with responsibilities including driving cardholder acquisition through digital channels, optimizing the checkout funnel, and developing loyalty rewards campaigns. The Marketing Manager will collaborate with banking partners, product teams, and growth/marketing squads to scale the program into a key revenue and customer retention driver.

Key Responsibilities

• Card Acquisition: Design and execute digital acquisition campaigns across paid social, search, display, and owned e-commerce touchpoints. Optimize the credit card application funnel to reduce friction and maximize instant approval conversions. Collaborate with product and UX teams to personalize credit card offers based on customer segmentation.
• Partnership & Campaign Management: Serve as the primary marketing liaison with the issuing bank partner for promotional calendars and co-marketing initiatives. Manage the annual co-branded marketing budget, focusing on Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Lifetime Value (LTV). Oversee creative production for card campaigns, ensuring brand alignment and clear communication of financial value propositions.
• Lifecycle Marketing & Retention: Develop multi-channel lifecycle marketing strategies (email, push, SMS) to drive card activation, habitual usage, and retention. Create targeted campaigns to encourage cardholders to use the co-branded card as their primary payment method. Analyze reward redemption trends and partner with merchandising teams for exclusive cardmember perks.
• Analytics, Testing & Reporting: Establish tracking and attribution frameworks to measure co-brand marketing performance. Design and execute A/B testing for messaging, creative, and placement optimization. Deliver regular performance reports, insights, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and banking partners.
