Marketing Specialist Role at Axis Communications

Axis Communications is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on strategic and operational marketing development within the Western Arabia region. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in marketing and a focus on building lasting relationships with colleagues and customers.

Key Responsibilities

As a Marketing Specialist, you will develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with local and corporate business priorities. Your responsibilities will include:

Planning, executing, and following up on marketing campaigns and activities, including events, partner shows, webinars, trainings, and digital programs, driven by Axis and key partners (distributors, Technology Integration Partners, resellers) to support local sales growth objectives.
Researching and identifying new marketing opportunities to expose the Axis brand and message to target groups.
Leading and managing all aspects of physical and virtual events across Western Arabia.
Collaborating with Product Marketing and Sales to ensure clear communication and demonstration of Axis’ product launches to key target groups.
Driving the Axis Channel Partner Program and developing local partner activities.
Participating in quarterly reviews and planning meetings with local key distributors.
Overseeing the implementation of integrated multi-touch marketing campaigns to develop the marketing pipeline and deliver leads to the sales team.
Managing planning and budget oversight for marketing activities in assigned regions and markets, in partnership with team members.

Candidate Qualifications

The successful candidate will be a self-starter with proven experience in leading projects and serving as a primary contact for new campaigns and activities, managing both strategy and execution. Required qualifications include:

5-10 years of experience in marketing.
Demonstrated understanding of diverse markets, particularly in Saudi Arabia and Egypt.
Ability to execute local marketing strategies tailored to specific territories.
A dynamic and proactive approach, coupled with a high level of trust, autonomy, and accountability.
