About the Role

Ninja, a quick-commerce company, is seeking a Matching Accountant to join our team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time position is crucial for ensuring the accuracy and proper documentation of financial records within our fast-paced environment.

Role Purpose

The Matching Accountant will play a key role in managing and reviewing invoices, verifying their accuracy, and ensuring they are correctly recorded. This position involves handling specific company stores and meticulously checking invoice details to maintain precise financial records and support operational integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and verify incoming invoices to ensure their accuracy and completeness.
• Record and maintain detailed invoice data efficiently in Excel.
• Manage and execute accounting tasks specifically related to assigned company stores.
• Ensure all invoice information is thoroughly checked and correct before entry into the system.
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records and supporting documentation.

Qualifications and Experience
