Role Overview

V2X is seeking an experienced MD530 Aircraft Structural Repairman (A&P) to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves conducting comprehensive inspections, repairs, and replacements of various aircraft structural components. The successful candidate will ensure adherence to technical manuals, safety procedures, and blueprints, contributing to the operational readiness of aircraft.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform inspections, repairs, and replacements of aircraft structural components, including stringers, longerons, bulkheads, beams, and aircraft skin, following directives and technical manuals.
• Fabricate structural parts and forming blocks using metal shaping techniques such as stretching and shrinking.
• Apply fiberglass materials and conduct unscheduled emergency and permanent repairs to transparent plastic windows and enclosures.
• Utilize common measuring tools, precision gauges, and alignment fixtures for structural repairs.
• Apply primers and paints to aircraft surfaces and perform corrosion control treatment on aircraft metals.
• Manage requisitions and maintain shop and bench stock items for aircraft structure repairs.
• Perform operator maintenance on common special tools and prepare forms and records related to maintenance activity.
• Provide necessary training to Saudi National Guard soldiers, ensuring all operations prioritize safety.
• Ensure structural aircraft maintenance activities are planned, coordinated, and synchronized to achieve established platform operational readiness (OR) rates in accordance with contractual requirements.
• Oversee daily structural maintenance management of assigned aircraft in support of the Production Control (PC) Manager, coordinating with Aviation Logistics for parts and spares.
• Work within established maintenance quality control processes, procedures, and standards.
• Coordinate daily and weekly maintenance training activities and requirements with the PC Manager, documenting training using automated systems.
• Support Downed Aircraft Recovery Team (DART) processes and procedures in coordination with the PC Manager.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in aircraft structural repair.
• Ability to successfully complete the Saudi Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development’s Qualification Verification Program (QVP) for visa processing and employment authorization.
• Must pass employment and deployment qualification requirements, including medical examinations, drug testing, and background checks.

Work Environment

This role is based in Riyadh and involves working within a structured maintenance environment, collaborating with production control and logistics teams to maintain aircraft operational readiness. The position requires adherence to strict safety protocols and active participation in training initiatives for Saudi National Guard soldiers.
