About the Role

Apt Resources is seeking a Mechanical Technician 2 - Generator Assembly & Aftersales Service to support their client's technical and after-sales service operations in Riyadh. This full-time position requires a candidate capable of working independently to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair equipment on customer sites. The role is suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.

Role Overview

The Mechanical Technician 2 will be responsible for providing essential technical support and service, primarily focusing on generator assembly and aftersales. This involves diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical issues, performing routine maintenance, and executing repairs with a high degree of autonomy. The successful candidate will ensure the efficient operation of machinery and provide reliable technical assistance to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend customer sites independently to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems affecting equipment and machinery.
• Perform maintenance and repairs independently.
• Carry out programming and technical adjustments where required.
• Diagnose faults systematically and identify the root cause of technical problems.
• Handle major mechanical duties and repairs related to the company's machines.
• Provide technical support during equipment breakdowns and service calls.
• Follow proper safety procedures when working on equipment and at customer sites.
• Report completed work, identified faults, and required repairs to the relevant supervisor or manager.
• Work professionally with customers and other technical team members.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree or Higher Diploma.
• 0-1 years of experience in a technical or mechanical role.

Employment Details

This is a full-time position located in Riyadh. The salary offered for this role ranges from SAR 7,000 to 8,000 per month.
