About the Role: Medical Enabler Hemophilia

Roche is seeking a Medical Enabler Hemophilia to join the team in Riyadh. This full-time role is designed for professionals with 0-1 years of experience. The Medical Enabler will serve as a specialized therapeutic expert, optimizing regional resources to achieve strategic medical outcomes and enhance capabilities across the Middle East region, while maintaining local engagement within the assigned disease area.

Role Context and Scope

This position operates with an 80% focus on Middle East countries, collaborating closely with Disease Area Squads, ME affiliate Points of Contact (POCs), the Disease Commercialization Leader (DCL), Patient Journey Partners (PJPs), Medical, Access, and Informatics teams. The objective is to co-create meaningful experiences and drive commercial success. The remaining 20% of the role will be dedicated to local Affiliate or Chapter activities to ensure flexibility and relevance at the local level.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate regional medical initiatives, ensuring aligned execution across markets in collaboration with affiliate Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and cross-country work package teams.
Consolidate cross-market insights, identify common challenges, and scale impactful solutions regionally.
Shape the medical direction at the Middle East level for the respective Disease Area throughout its full lifecycle, ensuring consistent and meaningful value delivery.

Requirements and Expectations

Enhance medical capabilities through high-value training programs for enablers, PPOCs, and new joiners.
Ensure coherent scientific communication by aligning with Global Medical Affairs and facilitating consistent data dissemination.
