Medical Representative

About the Role

Hikma Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Medical Representative to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position serves as a crucial link between the company and healthcare professionals, aiming to enhance awareness and usage of Hikma’s pharmaceutical and medical products. The role involves executing sales and marketing activities, including field operations, to achieve defined sales and marketing targets under the guidance of a supervisor or manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Review updated records of sales targets and activities, and assess performance against established goals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Hikma customers, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital medical teams, through organized appointments and events to promote product prescription, dispensing, and usage.
• Increase awareness of Hikma products by continuously learning and sharing information with healthcare providers.
• Gather current information on healthcare professionals and institutions, and prospect new customers to maintain efficient customer lists.
• Ensure proper product availability, adequate territory coverage, and timely reporting and feedback, while monitoring competitor activities and products.
• Follow up on and review the market performance of Hikma products through client responses and other indicators, anticipating new market opportunities.
• Prepare timely planning, feedback, and sales documentation/reporting for the supervisor/manager as requested, ensuring optimal territory coverage.
• Ensure compliant behavior in all correspondence, adhering to company rules and regulations.

Required Experience

• 0-1 year of relevant experience.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring field activities and direct engagement with healthcare professionals.
