THC Consulting is recruiting on behalf of a reputable global partner, an international organization with a strong market presence. This full-time Medical Science Liaison (MSL) position is based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Role Overview

The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) will serve as a scientific expert and medical partner for healthcare professionals across Saudi Arabia. This role involves establishing and maintaining scientific relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), supporting medical education initiatives, facilitating scientific exchange, and contributing to the successful execution of medical strategies aligned with the organization's therapeutic portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain scientific relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and academic institutions.
Deliver accurate, balanced, and evidence-based scientific information regarding products and therapeutic areas.
Support the implementation of medical affairs strategies and field medical plans.
Provide scientific support for product launches, lifecycle management, and medical education programs.
Identify medical insights and communicate findings to internal cross-functional teams.
Support investigator-initiated studies, clinical research activities, and medical projects where applicable.
Participate in scientific congresses, advisory boards, symposia, and medical conferences.
Deliver scientific presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure all activities comply with local regulatory requirements and company compliance standards.
Collaborate closely with Commercial, Regulatory, Pharmacovigilance, and Medical Affairs teams.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience. A strong scientific background is essential to effectively serve as a medical expert and partner to healthcare professionals.

Work Environment and Collaboration

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires close collaboration within a cross-functional environment, engaging with Commercial, Regulatory, Pharmacovigilance, and Medical Affairs teams to achieve organizational objectives.
