Overview of the Role

Menasa & Partners is supporting a leading international consultancy in the appointment of an experienced MEP Design Manager (Mechanical). This contract position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and will focus on a prestigious hospitality project. The role involves managing and coordinating mechanical and wider MEP design functions throughout the project lifecycle.

Role Context and Responsibilities

The MEP Design Manager will play a key role in ensuring high standards of technical delivery, coordination, and design quality. This involves close collaboration with clients, design teams, consultants, and various project stakeholders. The position requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field.

• Lead and manage mechanical design and MEP coordination across the project.
• Oversee multidisciplinary design teams and ensure effective coordination between mechanical, electrical, and other disciplines.
• Review and manage design deliverables from concept through detailed design and construction stages.
• Provide technical leadership and resolve complex design and coordination issues.
• Work closely with the client, project management teams, and external stakeholders.
• Monitor program, design quality, technical compliance, and delivery against project requirements.
• Support design reviews, technical workshops, and coordination meetings.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant international standards and Saudi requirements.
