The Role of Mergers and Acquisitions Expert

This full-time position is integral to Tadawul's strategic growth and development initiatives. The Mergers and Acquisitions Expert will be responsible for contributing to the comprehensive evaluation, structuring, and successful execution of strategic transactions. The role demands analytical precision and a thorough understanding of market dynamics to identify and assess potential M&A opportunities that align with the organization's objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting in-depth financial analysis and due diligence for prospective mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
• Developing sophisticated financial models, valuation analyses, and strategic presentations to support decision-making.
• Assisting in the negotiation and structuring of transaction terms, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinating effectively with internal stakeholders, including legal, finance, and operational teams, as well as external advisors throughout the entire M&A lifecycle.
• Monitoring relevant market trends, industry developments, and competitive landscapes to proactively identify strategic opportunities and risks.
• Preparing comprehensive reports and recommendations for senior management and executive committees.

Qualifications
