About the Role

TawanTech is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires a professional with substantial experience in developing, customizing, and integrating Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. The successful candidate will be instrumental in delivering robust solutions that align with specific business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions based on defined business requirements.
• Create custom workflows, plugins, and integrations utilizing C# and .NET frameworks.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with external systems and applications through REST APIs, web services, and middleware.
• Execute data migration activities and manage Dynamics 365 upgrades.
• Develop and maintain web applications using .NET Core, ****, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS.
• Design and deliver solutions with a focus on performance optimization, scalability, and security.
• Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation for developed solutions.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• At least 4 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (On-Premises) development.
• Strong proficiency in .NET, .NET Core, REST APIs, and full-stack development.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience in developing, customizing, and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Expertise in integrating Dynamics 365 CRM with external systems and applications.
• Practical experience with data migration activities and Dynamics 365 upgrades.
• Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL).

Technical Skills and Tools

Candidates should possess a solid understanding and practical application of the following technologies and tools:

• C# and .NET frameworks for creating custom workflows, plugins, and integrations.
• REST APIs, web services, and middleware for robust system integrations.
• .NET Core, ****, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS for comprehensive web application development.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, including Boards, Work Items, and Git Repository for source code management.

Personal Attributes and Preferred Background

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, particularly for integration and system functionality issues.
• Ability to work effectively on both front-end and back-end components.
• A strong ownership mindset, positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively under pressure within a team environment.
• Experience in banking or enterprise sectors is preferred.

Preferred Certifications

The following certifications are considered advantageous:

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Developer Associate.
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals or Azure Developer Associate (Optional).
