Role Summary

The Mobile App Engineer Team Lead will be responsible for both technical development and team leadership. This includes possessing deep expertise in front-end and back-end development, proficiency in database design and administration, and a solid understanding of modern software architecture. The successful candidate will lead a team through the entire software development lifecycle and drive continuous process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of software engineers through the full software development lifecycle, encompassing planning, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship, conducting knowledge-sharing sessions and fostering a culture of continuous learning within the team.
• Architect and develop scalable, reliable, and secure systems utilizing modern technologies and frameworks.
• Lead the design and architecture of complex software systems, ensuring solutions are scalable and performant.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and define system specifications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, enforcing coding standards and engineering best practices across the team.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Implement DevOps strategies, including CI/CD, monitoring, and cloud deployments.
• Optimize code and system architecture for efficiency.
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues, proposing effective solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the development process.
