Decent Work International is seeking National Consultants for an upcoming mid-term evaluation. This contract position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires consultants to operate within specific Gulf states.

Role Overview

The National Consultant will contribute to the mid-term evaluation of two migration-related projects. The scope of work covers Oman, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia (KSA), and the UAE, as well as Nigeria and other Gulf states within the GCC region. This role is offered on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the mid-term evaluation of two migration-related projects.
• Conduct evaluation activities within assigned countries, including Oman, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, KSA, and UAE.
• Contribute to the overall evaluation process for projects spanning the listed countries, Nigeria, and the Gulf states in GCC.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Experience: 0-1 years of professional experience.
• Evaluation Experience: Demonstrated experience in evaluation is mandatory.
• Language Skills: Must be Arabic-speaking for positions within the Gulf states.
• Migration-Related Issues: Experience with migration-related issues is considered an asset.

Work Schedule

The primary period for this engagement will be during December 2026 and February 2027. This is a contract position with a defined work schedule.

Location and Compensation

This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with responsibilities extending to various Gulf states. The salary for this contract position will be disclosed directly to qualified candidates.
