OCC Liaison Officer Metro/ Rail

About the Role

AtkinsRéalis is seeking an OCC Liaison Officer for Metro/Rail operations in Riyadh, Riyadh. This full-time role serves as the primary communication link between the Operations Control Centre (OCC) and key stakeholders during the metro project's Operations & Maintenance (O&M) phase. The position is critical for ensuring smooth coordination, efficient information flow, and timely operational support across various teams and contractors. The OCC Liaison Officer will manage real-time communication, support incident response, and ensure alignment between OCC operations and field activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary communication channel between the OCC and all relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure seamless and efficient exchange of operational information.
• Coordinate real-time updates, service adjustments, and operational instructions.
• Support the OCC in handling incidents, service disruptions, and emergency situations.
• Ensure timely dissemination of alerts, operational data, and instructions to field teams.
• Maintain structured communication protocols for routine and emergency operations.
• Facilitate coordination between the OCC, O&M Contractors, and technical teams.
• Ensure alignment of operational priorities across all stakeholders.
• Monitor information flow to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist in operational reporting, coordination meetings, and reviews.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong coordination abilities.
• Familiarity with control room operations.
• Ability to perform effectively in high-pressure, real-time environments.
