The Role

Stryker is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Operations Leadership team for its GTM markets. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and will be responsible for all operational activities across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) and the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the operations strategy for assigned markets, covering Customer Service, Kit Booking, Kit Logistics, Shipping/Receiving & Warehousing, and Asset Management.
• Manage operational activities to ensure the sourcing, development, management, and engagement of talent.
• Identify and implement process improvements, ensuring the sustained application of solutions.
• Direct work activities and projects based on a clear understanding of customer and market needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with colleagues across various functions (Commercial, RAQA, Finance, EMEA Supply Chain) and divisions (Sales, Marketing), driving leverage opportunities within the region.
• Lead or participate in cross-functional projects and the integration of operations for relevant mergers or acquisitions.
• Ensure the implementation, application, and adherence to all Compliance, SOX, FCPA, and other policies and regulations.
• Support the standardization and alignment of processes.
• Ensure that all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics for Customer and Logistics Services are reviewed and achieved.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in operations management.
