Operations Manager at Modex Solution

Modex Solution specializes in industrial precision, engineering, and turnkey site rollouts, including signage networks, architectural cladding, and large-scale retail environments. As the company expands its operations and industrial footprint across Saudi Arabia, we are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the operational value chain. This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Role Overview

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Operations Manager will integrate heavy industrial manufacturing principles with agile, multi-site rollout execution across various projects in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

Lead multi-trade production lines, including sheet metal fabrication, CNC routing, acrylic/LED illumination, powder coating, and ACP cladding.
Implement Lean manufacturing principles such as 5S, line balancing, and scrap reduction.
Direct project management, logistics, and site installation teams across concurrent projects to ensure on-time delivery and quality standards.
Champion Design-to-Cost (DTC) and Value Engineering (VE) from prototype development through to final project handover.
Enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ERP-driven production workflows across estimation, procurement, and dispatch functions.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 10-15 years of operational leadership experience, with at least 5 years at an executive or director level.
Experience within industrial signage, architectural facades/cladding, or large-scale commercial fit-outs is required.
Demonstrated technical command of multi-trade manufacturing processes, engineering conversion, and high-risk site operations.

Ability to operate effectively across various levels, from the shop floor to executive management.
Strategic thinking combined with hands-on operational execution.
