The Opportunity: Operator & License Owner

Stranger Soccer is expanding its global presence and is seeking an Operator & License Owner to launch, manage, and grow its football platform in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time role offers an opportunity to build and operate a local football initiative, distinct from a conventional management position. The objective is to enhance football accessibility and foster an active local community.

Key Responsibilities

• Launch and expand Stranger Soccer operations within Riyadh.
• Establish partnerships with football venues and secure quality playing locations.
• Recruit, coordinate, and provide support to Official Hosts and local team members.
• Drive marketing initiatives to attract players and grow the community.
• Oversee game operations and ensure an outstanding player experience.
• Identify opportunities to improve and expand the local operation.

Support and Resources Provided

The Operator & License Owner will receive support from Stranger Soccer's Singapore headquarters. This includes access to a technology platform for app management, payments, and operational tasks. Additionally, proven operating systems and processes will be provided, along with ongoing guidance across operations, marketing, and growth strategies.
