About the Opportunity

Stranger Soccer is expanding its global presence and is seeking a License Owner & Operator to launch and grow its full-time operations in Riyadh. This role offers an entrepreneurial individual the opportunity to establish and manage a local business, with the objective of making football more accessible within the community.

Role Overview

This position is distinct from a traditional salaried management role, providing a chance for an individual to build and operate their own venture. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing Stranger Soccer's presence in Riyadh, with rewards directly tied to performance and growth. The role requires an ambitious, community-driven individual who is passionate about football.

Key Responsibilities

Launch and expand the Stranger Soccer brand throughout Riyadh.
Recruit, train, and manage a local team of 2-3 individuals, supported by Official Hosts.
Identify and secure suitable football venues and ensure regular playing opportunities.
Implement digital and local marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and growth.
Oversee daily game operations, ensuring a high-quality player experience.
Collaborate closely with Stranger Soccer HQ, leveraging established operations and technology teams for support.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in management, operations, sales, or customer-facing roles.
Demonstrated passion for football and established connections within the local football community.
An entrepreneurial mindset with the proven ability to work independently and drive initiatives.
A strong sense of ownership and ambition to achieve significant local growth for Stranger Soccer.
Motivation to deliver measurable results, aligning with a performance and growth-based reward structure.
