Oracle EPM Consultant

About the Role

Quantum Talent Group is seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Consultant for a contract position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on delivering enterprise consolidation and close solutions, with a particular emphasis on HFM-to-FCCS transformations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end consolidation implementations and HFM-to-FCCS migrations.
• Conduct fit-gap assessments and define architecture for EPM solutions.
• Manage the migration of metadata, hierarchies, rules, security, integrations, reports, and historical financial data.
• Implement currency translation, intercompany eliminations, and ownership management within EPM systems.
• Facilitate workshops and manage stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of Oracle EPM experience, with strong expertise in HFM, FCCS, and Narrative Reporting.
• Solid understanding of finance and accounting principles, including group consolidation, financial statements, month-end/year-end close processes, reconciliations, and IFRS/GAAP reporting.
• Demonstrated experience in HFM-to-FCCS migration projects, from initial assessment to production cutover.
• Hands-on experience with Calculation Manager, Essbase calculation scripts, On-Demand Rules, Groovy, and EPM Automate.
• Experience integrating FCCS with Oracle ERP Cloud, E-Business Suite, and other third-party systems.

Desirable Skills

• Experience with Oracle Planning and Budgeting, PBCS/Enterprise Planning.
• Knowledge of driver-based planning, rolling forecasts, and scenario analysis.
• Familiarity with Strategic Workforce Planning, including headcount forecasting, labor cost modeling, and skills planning.

Work Arrangement

This is a 12-month contract position, with potential for extension based on project needs and performance.
