The Role: Organizational Change Manager

We are seeking an Organizational Change Manager to join our team on a contract basis in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves leading comprehensive change initiatives, ensuring alignment of transformation goals with people, process, and technology changes. The successful candidate will apply global best practices adapted for localized delivery within the Saudi Arabian market.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end organizational change initiatives, from assessment to adoption, aligning transformation goals with people, process, and technology change.
• Design and deploy tailored change management plans, including impact analysis, communication strategy, resistance mitigation, and stakeholder mapping.
• Facilitate change readiness workshops, training sessions, and change agent networks across cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
• Monitor change adoption metrics, report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as engagement, utilization, and sentiment, and adjust strategies to accelerate business benefit realization.
• Collaborate with PMO, HR, and IT leaders to ensure alignment of change activities with program timelines and governance frameworks.
• Build and maintain change management playbooks, templates, and toolkits to scale excellence across multiple concurrent client engagements.

Candidate Profile and Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in organizational change management or a related field. The role requires a proven ability to manage complex change initiatives, engage diverse stakeholders, and drive digital adoption within large-scale organizational restructuring projects.
