Role Overview

Maaden is seeking a Senior Specialist Change Management II to lead and execute end-to-end change management and communication strategies for its transformation projects. This full-time position, located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, operates within a fast-paced, agile environment, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously to ensure effective engagement and high adoption of change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver integrated change and communication plans for multiple initiatives concurrently.
Translate complex business transformations into clear, engaging messages suitable for diverse audiences.
Develop high-quality communication materials, including campaigns, leadership messaging, storytelling, and internal branding.
Operate within an agile, sprint-based environment, managing multiple "campaigns" with rapid turnaround times.
Prioritize competing requests and deliver outputs effectively under tight deadlines.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and project leads, addressing ambiguous requirements and last-minute changes.
Align messaging across various functions to ensure consistency and clarity.
Monitor change adoption, engagement levels, and communication effectiveness.
Adjust strategies dynamically based on feedback and data analysis.
Support the embedding of new behaviors in alignment with the "Team Maaden" culture.

Work Environment and Approach

The role functions in an environment similar to a marketing agency model, requiring the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and campaigns simultaneously. Candidates must be adept at handling high-pressure situations and adapting to dynamic project requirements.

Required Experience
