About the Role

TAM is seeking an experienced Organizational Excellence & Quality Manager to lead and support initiatives focused on institutional maturity, quality management, and performance improvement. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves driving significant transformation within the organization.

Institutional Excellence Responsibilities

The Organizational Excellence & Quality Manager will be responsible for a range of duties related to institutional assessment and improvement:

• Conduct comprehensive institutional maturity and excellence assessments utilizing KAQA and EFQM frameworks.
• Evaluate organizational performance against international and national excellence criteria.
• Identify performance gaps, operational weaknesses, and strategic improvement opportunities.
• Develop actionable improvement roadmaps, action plans, and transformation initiatives.
• Prepare the entity for national excellence awards and external accreditation assessments.
• Facilitate strategic assessment workshops, focus groups, and executive review sessions.

Quality Management Responsibilities

Key responsibilities also include overseeing and maintaining robust quality management systems and compliance frameworks:

• Oversee and maintain Quality Management Systems in alignment with ISO 9001 standards.
• Plan, execute, and monitor internal and external quality audits.
• Manage non-conformities, root-cause analyses, and corrective action plans.
• Design and update quality frameworks, organizational policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and governance models.
• Establish performance measurement, reporting mechanisms, and KPI dashboards.

Candidate Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess specific certifications and practical experience to excel in this role:

• Certified King Abdulaziz Quality Award (KAQA) assessor.
• Certified EFQM assessor.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience in conducting organizational excellence assessments.
• Proven ability to identify structural gaps and drive transformation initiatives.
• Experience working within Saudi Arabian government or semi-government contexts is particularly relevant.

Experience and Work Type

This role requires a professional with a solid background in organizational excellence and quality management:

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience.
• This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
