About the TPM Leader Role

Ecolab is seeking a TPM Leader for a full-time position in Dammam, Eastern Region. This role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience. The TPM Leader is responsible for driving the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program across the plant, aiming for sustainable improvements in equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and employee engagement. This position leads key TPM pillars, fosters a long-term TPM culture within the plant, supports cross-functional teams, and ensures the plant progresses toward world-class manufacturing standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate the plant TPM program in alignment with site strategy/OGSM and the regional/global TPM program.
Proactively drive a continuous improvement culture to support the realization of the site vision.
Ensure the plant's TPM implementation is fully aligned with both the site master plan and the regional/global TPM strategy.
Act as a subject matter expert for the Plant Manager and plant leadership team on all aspects of TPM governance and deployment.
Coach and train all site associates in the effective application of TPM tools and techniques to achieve site KPIs.
Contribute proactively to the regional TPM community by developing and sharing best practices.
Develop and promote a loss-driven culture through the application of appropriate TPM tools and techniques.
Identify and prioritize areas for continuous improvement through effective audits, benchmarking, and gap analysis.
Support the delivery of SHE improvements via the SHE Pillar, ensuring alignment with the site master plan.
Ensure the use of loss analysis across the plant to identify opportunities and prioritize actions.
Be a role model for the plant team, particularly for front-line associates, and lead by example.
Lead by spending time on the floor for observations, audits, identifying gaps/defects, and taking timely actions.
Be certified as a subject matter expert in TPM according to Ecolab standards.
Co-create, coordinate, and organize the plant's TPM steering committee, pillars, and teams to ensure consistent deployment and delivery of results aligned with the site master plan.
Ensure TPM philosophy, processes, and procedures become fully embedded and integrated into the site's culture and ways of working.
Monitor and report progress against site KPIs to identify and implement improvement programs.
Lead a group of pillars, such as the T&PD & 5S pillars, and design and implement a competency management system for the plant.
Coach TPM pillar teams to develop capability and deliver improvements.
Develop and train associates in fundamental TPM tools including 5S, Kaizens, OPLs, SOPs, CIL, checklists, and TPM trainings according to Ecolab standards.
Create and maintain a TPM master plan, incorporating benchmarking with other sites.
Lead the plant towards gold certifications according to the agreed timeline and plant master plan/strategy.
