About the Role

Accenture Middle East is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Associate Manager for a full-time position in Riyadh, Riyadh. This role involves supporting the delivery of OT cybersecurity engagements, encompassing consulting, engineering, architecture, design, and implementation. The position combines advisory expertise with hands-on technical delivery, working with clients, OT teams, OEMs, and technology vendors to design and implement secure OT environments.

Key Responsibilities

Support end-to-end OT cybersecurity engagements across assessment, strategy, architecture, engineering, design, and implementation.
Conduct OT cybersecurity maturity, gap, risk, and security assessments within industrial environments.
Design and engineer OT cybersecurity solutions aligned with client requirements and industry best practices.
Develop detailed OT security architectures, network designs, security controls, technical specifications, and implementation plans.
Support the implementation and configuration of OT security technologies, including network segmentation, firewalls, secure remote access, asset visibility, monitoring, vulnerability management, and security controls.
Participate in technical design workshops, solution engineering, system integration, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
Work directly with OT, engineering, IT, and cybersecurity teams to translate business and operational requirements into secure technical solutions.
Collaborate with OT OEMs, system integrators, and technology vendors to design, integrate, and validate cybersecurity solutions.
Apply relevant OT cybersecurity standards and frameworks, including IEC 62443, NIST, NERC CIP, and ISO 27001/27019.
Develop technical deliverables such as HLD/LLD, security architectures, design documents, technical specifications, assessment reports, and implementation documentation.
Support client workshops, technical presentations, demonstrations, and stakeholder engagements.
Contribute to proposals, RFP responses, solution development, and new OT cybersecurity offerings.
Stay current with emerging OT technologies, cybersecurity threats, standards, and engineering practices.

Required Qualifications

4+ years of cybersecurity experience, with significant exposure to OT/ICS cybersecurity.
Proven experience in OT cybersecurity consulting, engineering, design, and implementation.
Practical understanding of OT/ICS architectures, industrial networks, protocols, control systems, and engineering environments.
Hands-on experience designing or implementing OT security solutions and technologies.
Experience working with OT OEMs, system integrators, and industrial technology vendors.
Strong knowledge of IEC 62443, NIST, and other relevant OT cybersecurity standards.
Experience developing HLD/LLD, network/security architectures, technical designs, and implementation specifications.
Strong analytical, technical, communication, and client-facing skills.
Ability to work across both advisory and hands-on engineering environments, translating cybersecurity requirements into implementable solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting system integration, testing, commissioning, and operational handover.
Relevant certifications such as GICSP, ISA/IEC 62443, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent.
Experience in energy, oil & gas, utilities, manufacturing, or other critical infrastructure environments.
