OT Cybersecurity Manager

About the Role

Maandag® is seeking an experienced OT Cybersecurity Manager to join our client in the oil and gas industry. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and focuses on enhancing the security of industrial systems and critical infrastructure.

Role Overview

The OT Cybersecurity Manager will be responsible for leading the operational technology (OT) cybersecurity strategy and security operations within an industrial environment. The role involves protecting critical infrastructure and ensuring compliance with cybersecurity standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the OT/ICS cybersecurity strategy and security operations.
• Protect industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA, and critical infrastructure.
• Conduct OT risk assessments and manage cybersecurity vulnerabilities.
• Ensure compliance with relevant cybersecurity standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with IT, engineering, and operations teams.
• Develop incident response plans and enhance OT security practices.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of strong experience in OT/ICS cybersecurity within oil and gas or industrial environments.
• Knowledge of SCADA, DCS, PLCs, and industrial networks.
• Familiarity with IEC 62443, NIST, and relevant Saudi cybersecurity requirements.
• Experience managing OT security projects and technical teams.
