About the Role

IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking an experienced Outlet Manager for a full-time position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role operates under the general guidance of the Director of Food & Beverage or their delegate and is central to managing the daily operations of an assigned food and beverage outlet. The primary objective is to ensure exceptional guest experiences, achieve financial and operational goals, and uphold the highest service and brand standards.

Role Purpose and Scope

As an Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing your team, ensuring compliance with InterContinental Hotels Group policies and procedures. A key aspect of this role involves fostering a work culture that embodies IHG's five core values: Trust, Integrity, Respect, One Team, and Service, alongside the brand's ethos.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the daily operations of the assigned outlet.
Lead, coach, and support the outlet team to deliver exceptional guest service.
Monitor service quality, cleanliness, and compliance with hotel standards.
Manage staffing, scheduling, stock levels, and operating costs.
Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues promptly.
Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Prepare operational reports and support budgeting and revenue objectives.
Perform any other duties assigned by the direct manager.

Qualifications and Experience
