Role Overview

Foodics is seeking a Pay Expansion Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is critical for driving the adoption and increased penetration of Foodics products and services within the existing customer base. The successful candidate will lead a tele-sales team, executing strategic outbound initiatives specifically aimed at generating incremental revenue from current clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage an outbound tele-sales team to identify opportunities for expanding the penetration of Foodics products, such as Foodics Pay and Foodics Online, among existing customers.
  • Establish processes and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track and optimize the performance of team members, including call volume and conversion rates.
  • Lead the expansion efforts for newly launched Foodics products towards existing customers.
  • Collaborate with higher management to establish and execute countrywide sales targets.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure the smooth processing of expansion sales.
  • Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales performance.
  • Assist sales personnel in refining their techniques.
  • Develop specific strategies to ensure both long-term and short-term growth.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the SaaS, FMCG, F&B, or FinTech industries.
  • Proven experience in managing a high-performance tele-sales team, specifically with at least 5 or more individuals.
  • A consistent track record of achieving sales quotas in previous positions.
  • Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.

Required Skills and Attributes

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong and excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently across functional groups and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Location and Work Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
