About the Role

MRSOOL Inc is seeking a People Operation Associate to manage daily People Operations activities. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and requires 0-1 years of experience, focusing on the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.

Role Overview

The People Operation Associate will be responsible for supporting various HR operational processes, ensuring smooth employee experiences and compliance with company policies. The role emphasizes a genuine interest in People Operations rather than other HR areas such as recruitment or engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day People Operations activities throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
• Support employee documentation, including contracts, letters, and HR records.
• Maintain accurate employee data across HR systems.
• Support onboarding processes to ensure a smooth joining experience for new hires.
• Handle employee requests and queries related to HR operations.
• Support processes for leave, attendance, benefits, and other employee-related matters.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding payroll inputs and employee updates.
• Support offboarding, clearance, and exit processes.
• Contribute to the improvement of People Operations processes, workflows, and overall employee experience.
• Ensure HR processes and documentation align with company policies and local labor requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Around 1–3 years of hands-on People Operations or HR Operations experience.
• Strong exposure to onboarding, offboarding, employee records, contracts, and HR systems.
• Good understanding of the employee lifecycle.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated actual People Operations experience and a genuine interest in continuing within Operations, rather than primarily Recruitment, Engagement, or another HR area.
