About the Role

HILL INTERNATIONAL is seeking a Performance Monitoring & Reporting Engineer to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on developing and managing a comprehensive framework for performance monitoring and reporting across projects. The successful candidate will ensure accurate and consistent tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) across all departments, providing critical insights to senior management.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive performance monitoring and reporting framework for projects.
Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) across all departments.
Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and consistency of performance data.
Analyze performance data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
Advise on KPIs and performance metrics to optimize project outcomes.
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on performance against established targets and goals.
Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement action plans addressing performance issues.
Coordinate with the IT department to ensure optimal functioning of performance monitoring and reporting systems.
Stay current with industry best practices in performance monitoring and reporting.
Train and mentor staff in performance monitoring and reporting techniques and best practices.
Lead and manage a team of performance monitoring and reporting professionals.
Ensure continuous compliance with Hill International's Quality, Environmental, Safety, and Occupational Health Policies, Manuals, and Procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager or supervisor.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a proven ability to manage complex data sets. This role requires a professional who can effectively communicate performance insights and drive improvement initiatives across various departments.

Required Experience

A minimum of 10 years of experience in performance monitoring and reporting, preferably within a project-focused environment.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, offering an opportunity to contribute to significant projects within a professional setting. The role involves leading a dedicated team and collaborating with various internal stakeholders.
