Performance Monitoring & Reporting Engineer

About the Role

HILL INTERNATIONAL is seeking a Performance Monitoring & Reporting Engineer to join their team. This full-time role involves developing, implementing, and overseeing a comprehensive framework for performance monitoring and reporting across various projects. The successful candidate will ensure data accuracy, analyze performance trends, and provide strategic advice to senior management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive performance monitoring and reporting framework for projects.
• Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) across all departments.
• Ensure that performance data is accurate, reliable, and consistent.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Advise on KPIs and performance metrics.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on performance against targets and goals.
• Work closely with department heads to develop action plans to address performance issues and improve overall performance.
• Coordinate with the IT department to ensure that performance monitoring and reporting systems are functioning optimally.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices in performance monitoring and reporting.
• Train and mentor staff in performance monitoring and reporting techniques and best practices.
• Lead and manage a team of performance monitoring and reporting professionals.

Compliance and Additional Duties

The Performance Monitoring & Reporting Engineer will be responsible for informing themselves of the relevant Quality, Environmental, Safety, and Occupational Health Policies, Manuals, and Procedures within HILL INTERNATIONAL. They will ensure continued compliance with these requirements throughout their employment. Additionally, the role includes performing other duties as assigned by the line manager or supervisor.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in performance monitoring and reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement comprehensive monitoring frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Experience in leading and managing a team of professionals.
