Performance Tester

About the Role

Wipro is seeking a Performance Tester to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining codeless, model-based test automation solutions to enhance application quality. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in performance testing.

Role Overview

The Performance Tester will be responsible for creating reusable test components using Tricentis Tosca, executing functional and regression tests for web and mobile applications, and integrating testing with CI/CD pipelines. This role involves driving risk-based testing strategies to optimize release frequency and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Possess deep hands-on experience in LoadRunner/LoadRunner Cloud and end-to-end test architecture.
• Conduct Web and API performance testing using LoadRunner and JMeter, identifying response times, breakdowns, and threshold points for applications or microservices.
• Define and drive enterprise performance test strategy, standards, and governance aligned with SLA/KPIs.
• Drive capacity planning, performance forecasting, and scalability assessments as applicable.
• Contribute to performance test framework creation, scripting, and execution, with knowledge of performance analysis tools.
• Perform non-functional testing, including load, volume, stress, and back-out tests.
• Debug and identify performance bottlenecks, independently driving end-to-end performance testing.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in performance testing.
• Demonstrated experience with LoadRunner/LoadRunner Cloud, JMeter, and Tricentis Tosca.
• Background in performance test framework creation, scripting, and execution.
• Experience in non-functional testing (load, volume, stress, back-out).
