About the Role

Seera is seeking a Personal Trainer to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for designing and delivering individualized fitness programs for family members. The role focuses on comprehensive fitness support, from initial assessment to ongoing progress tracking.

Role Overview

The Personal Trainer will be instrumental in promoting a positive and inclusive wellness culture within the company. This involves creating tailored fitness plans that incorporate various assessments, setting achievable goals, and continuously monitoring participant progress to ensure effectiveness and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead one-on-one training sessions with family members.
• Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and ensure a safe training environment.
• Provide guidance on healthy lifestyle habits and nutrition.
• Collaborate on various wellness initiatives within the company.
• Adapt fitness programs to accommodate varying fitness levels and work schedules of participants.
• Maintain accurate records of training sessions and participant progress.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with all participants.
• Support and foster a positive, inclusive wellness culture.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience as a Personal Trainer.
• Proven ability to design and implement individualized fitness programs.
• Strong understanding of exercise techniques, safety protocols, and healthy lifestyle principles.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Personal Trainer will work directly with family members, contributing to their health and wellness goals within a supportive company environment.
