The Role: Pharmacovigilance Associate

Octapharma Saudi Arabia is seeking a Pharmacovigilance Associate to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, on-site position designed for a motivated Pharmacy graduate with 0-1 year of experience. The role operates during standard office hours, from Sunday to Thursday.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the collection and processing of adverse event reports.
• Support case documentation and data entry processes.
• Maintain pharmacovigilance records and databases.
• Assist with literature screening and safety reporting activities.
• Support compliance with SFDA pharmacovigilance requirements.
• Participate in pharmacovigilance training and quality assurance activities.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

The ideal candidate will be a Pharmacy graduate with 0-1 year of professional experience. We are looking for an individual who is positive, organized, and eager to learn within the pharmacovigilance field. The role requires the ability to work effectively in a multicultural and collaborative team environment.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The standard working schedule is from Sunday to Thursday during regular office hours, providing a structured environment for professional growth within the pharmacovigilance team.
