Platform Administrator

About the Role

MAGNOOS Information Systems is seeking a Platform Administrator to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves managing and maintaining the foundational systems and infrastructure that support our data management and analytics solutions. The Platform Administrator ensures the platform operates with stability, security, and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain various components of the platform.
• Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement resolutions.
• Apply security measures to protect the platform and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage and maintain the platform's storage and backup systems.
• Ensure the platform's resiliency, availability, and recovery capabilities.
• Automate and script platform-related tasks to enhance efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
• Manage and maintain the platform's network infrastructure and monitoring/logging systems.
• Collaborate with Development, Operations, and other teams to align the platform with organizational goals.
• Research and evaluate new technologies and tools to improve platform performance and scalability.
• Create and maintain documentation for platform installation, upgrades, and testing.
• Develop and maintain documentation for the platform’s low- and high-level design, architecture, and operational aspects.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 0-1 year of experience in a relevant field, demonstrating foundational knowledge in system administration and infrastructure management.
