This role is with كيلوج براون اند روت, supporting a major infrastructure program for a mixed-use development in Riyadh. This project aims to establish a global landmark recognized for its vision and position as an authentic destination. The community will function as a distinct, self-sustaining hub within Riyadh, featuring several iconic assets. كيلوج براون اند روت provides PMO services, enterprise-level governance, assurance, integration, and performance oversight across all projects and programs within this initiative.

The Power BI Developer Role

The Power BI Developer will report to the Senior Manager Information Management / PMO Digital Lead. This full-time position involves the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of business intelligence solutions, dashboards, and analytics platforms. These solutions are critical for supporting program performance monitoring and executive decision-making. The developer will transform complex program data into meaningful visualizations and reports, enabling stakeholders to monitor project performance, identify risks and opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making across the PMO.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and scorecards for program and project stakeholders.
• Gather and analyze reporting requirements from PMO, project controls, commercial, risk, and program management teams.
• Develop data models, data transformation processes, and automated reporting solutions using Power BI, Power Query, and DAX.
• Integrate data from multiple enterprise systems, including project controls, scheduling, cost management, risk management, and document management platforms.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting solutions.
• Develop KPI dashboards and executive reporting packs to support program performance management.
• Collaborate with PMIS, digital, and information management teams to optimize data architecture and reporting processes.
• Create automated workflows and reporting efficiencies to reduce manual intervention.
• Support data validation, quality assurance, and testing of reporting solutions.
• Troubleshoot report performance issues and optimize datasets for scalability and reliability.
• Provide user training and technical support for Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Prepare technical documentation and maintain reporting standards and best practices.
• Support digital transformation initiatives and continuous improvement programs across the PMO.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Power BI development and business intelligence solutions. The role requires a strong understanding of data modeling, data transformation, and report design within the Power BI ecosystem.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Power BI, Power Query, and DAX.
• Experience with data integration from multiple enterprise systems.
