About the Role

Shiji Group is seeking a Pre Sales Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves acting as a technical and solution lead throughout the sales cycle, supporting sales teams, and ensuring effective positioning of Shiji solutions. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience and a strong understanding of the hospitality technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the technical and solution lead, collaborating with Sales to understand customer requirements and define appropriate solutions.
Enable Sales teams through regular product training, competitive positioning, and technical updates.
Establish a structured working model between Sales and PreSales with clear responsibilities and qualification standards.
Lead detailed discovery and requirements gathering sessions with prospective customers, covering operational, technical, and business needs.
Translate customer's existing technology landscape and objectives into suitable Shiji solutions.
Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality, customer-specific product demonstrations.
Own technical solution scoping and support Proof of Concept activities.
Manage the technical elements of RFPs, RFIs, proposals, and customer questionnaires.
Act as a bridge between Sales, customers, Product, and Implementation teams during the sales process.
Provide structured feedback on customer and market requirements to relevant Product teams.
Maintain strong knowledge of the hospitality technology landscape and competitive platforms.
Take ownership of assigned PreSales opportunities and ensure timely completion of actions.

Qualifications and Requirements

5-10 years of experience in a relevant role.
Strong organizational skills and understanding of the Cloud/SaaS business model.
Extensive hotel operational knowledge, particularly with Property Management Systems (PMS).
Good understanding of the surrounding hotel technology ecosystem, including POS, payments, interfaces, and distribution.
Demonstrated customer-facing demonstration skills, with the ability to tailor presentations based on discovery.
Proficiency in requirements gathering and solution scoping, translating operational needs into credible solutions.
Experience supporting RFPs/RFIs, proposals, and technical questionnaires.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both hotel operations and IT stakeholders.
Comfortable collaborating with Sales throughout the entire opportunity lifecycle.
Fast learner with the ability to receive and act on feedback.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires close collaboration with sales, product, implementation, and other technical teams, as well as direct engagement with customers.
