About the Role

Ericsson is seeking a Pre-Sales Solution Architect IBS to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires over 10 years of experience and focuses on leading the pre-sales motion for in-building solutions (IBS) within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end pre-sales process for In-Building Solutions (IBS) as the Customer Solution Responsible (CSR), from initial discovery and solution shaping through to proposal development and delivery handover.
• Engage with customers early to capture specific use cases and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), translating these into detailed architectures and Bills of Quantities (BoQs).
• Design and validate solutions, including multi-operator Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS), small cells, and indoor 5G readiness.
• Develop value cases, Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analyses, and commercial models. Align with sales teams on pricing strategies to secure wins and provide support for contract terms and risk mitigation.
• Lead technical presentations, respond to Requests for Proposal (RFPs), conduct demonstrations, and manage trials. Drive technical consensus with customers and partners.
• Orchestrate cross-functional teams, System Integrators (SIs), and ecosystem partners to achieve high-quality indoor coverage and capacity outcomes.
• Guide the delivery team on design intent, acceptance KPIs, and performance assurance throughout the launch phase.
• Collaborate as part of the core-3 team, working alongside commercial and contract fulfillment team members.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess over 10 years of experience in a relevant pre-sales or solution architecture role. This position requires a professional capable of shaping effective solutions, leading customer engagement, and acting as a primary interface with product areas for in-building solutions.
