About the Opportunity

Jisr Human Capital is recruiting on behalf of a leading company in the lighting and electrical sector based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pricing & Procurement Specialist to join their full-time team. This role is crucial for optimizing product pricing and managing procurement processes to enhance overall profitability.

Role Overview

The Pricing & Procurement Specialist will be responsible for strategic pricing and efficient procurement within the lighting and electrical products domain. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in cost analysis and purchasing management to secure competitive pricing, manage supplier relationships, and drive favorable profit margins for the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Study and analyze price offers received from suppliers.
• Calculate product costs and determine selling prices to achieve appropriate profit margins.
• Prepare and update price lists on a regular basis.
• Analyze prices and monitor market and competitor pricing trends.
• Coordinate with procurement and sales management to ensure consistent application of pricing policies.
• Track profit margins and conduct profitability analysis for products.
• Prepare specialized reports related to pricing and costs.
• Enter and update pricing data within the ERP system.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in pricing and procurement.
• Prior experience within lighting, electrical, building materials, or relevant retail companies is essential.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Proficiency in cost calculation and profit margin analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in utilizing ERP systems.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, particularly with suppliers.
