About the Role

Laverne Group (مجموعة لافيرن), located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Product Management Specialist. This full-time role involves managing product data and lifecycle activities, analyzing product performance, and providing essential support to internal teams with accurate product information.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the product lifecycle by entering, updating, and maintaining product information, technical specifications, pricing, and related data within the company’s systems.
Ensure product data is accurate, complete, and continuously updated.
Analyze product sales and performance using Advanced Microsoft Excel to identify trends and support business decisions.
Monitor product inventory and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure product availability.
Prepare product reports, technical documentation, and product-related materials.
Provide product-related support and information to field and operational teams.
Support and train relevant teams on product updates, changes, and new features.
Coordinate with the Quality Department to follow up on product specifications, quality requirements, and product-related issues.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments regarding product information, specifications, and updates.
Identify discrepancies in product data and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution.

Qualifications and Experience

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field.
2–5 years of relevant experience in Product Management, Product Coordination, Operations, or a related field.
Mandatory hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and data management.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
