Product Manager

About the Role

Yo AI Labs is seeking experienced Product Managers and Product Owners for a contract position. This role focuses on a customer project dedicated to the evaluation and improvement of advanced AI systems. The successful candidate will apply their product expertise to assess AI-generated content, specifications, and product documentation. No prior AI experience is required for this position.

Role Focus

This is strictly an evaluation and analysis role. It does not involve traditional product management responsibilities such as roadmap ownership, delivery management, sprint facilitation, stakeholder leadership, or program management. Candidates should possess strong product management or product ownership experience to effectively perform the required evaluation tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and compare AI-generated specifications, release notes, user-facing content, and stakeholder communications.
• Assess AI responses for clarity, accuracy, tone, usefulness, and adherence to instructions.
• Provide detailed rationales and actionable feedback for each evaluation.
• Identify content that is fluent but fails to address the intended question or user need.
• Detect factual inaccuracies, inconsistencies, and violations of prompt requirements.
• Collaborate virtually and asynchronously with project managers and reviewers to maintain evaluation quality and consistency.

Qualifications and Experience

• Demonstrated experience in Product Management or Product Ownership.
• Ability to critically assess content for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to guidelines.
• Strong analytical skills to provide detailed feedback and rationales.

Work Type

This is a contract position. The work involves virtual and asynchronous collaboration with project managers and reviewers.
