About the Product Specialist Role

Aspen Pharma Group is seeking a Product Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience and focuses on promoting Aspen products to healthcare professionals within an assigned territory.

Core Purpose of the Position

The primary purpose of this role is to effectively promote Aspen products to healthcare professionals (HCPs) within a defined territory. This involves building strong relationships with HCPs, delivering key brand marketing messages, and consistently achieving established sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve daily targeted face-to-face calls with physicians and pharmacists.
• Conduct Audio-Visual Aids (AVAs) and other promotional activities regularly.
• Meet assigned sales targets for the designated territory.
• Develop and maintain positive, sustainable relationships with target HCPs and key stakeholders.
• Ensure the customer database is consistently updated.
• Submit daily call reports and weekly sales trackers in a timely manner.
• Stay informed on the latest clinical data in relevant therapy areas and discuss this information with healthcare professionals.
• Provide accurate and comprehensive market feedback on competition, new product concepts, customer requirements, and marketing opportunities.
• Plan and execute medical educational events.
• Perform ongoing market analysis.

Required Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 2 to 5 years of experience in a relevant field, demonstrating a proven track record in pharmaceutical sales or product promotion.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves regular field activities within the assigned territory.
